Cancellation, Refund, Change

On the website you are using, you agree to the terms of membership and terms of use & distance Sales Agreement.
You are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the distance Contracts Regulation (RG:27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product purchased as a buyer.
If the product has a shipping/shipping price, the specified shipping fees will be paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization to the address indicated by the buyer provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30(thirty) days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
If the purchased product is complete and meets the qualifications specified in the order and is stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, it must be delivered with documents such as a warranty card, user manual.
If force majeure occurs that the seller cannot foresee, and it becomes certain that the product cannot be delivered or delivered during the period, the buyer will be notified within 3(three) days. In this case, the buyer has the right to request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is eliminated.
If the buyer cancels the order; if he has made the payment by bank transfer or EFT, a refund will be made to him within 14 (fourteen) days of cancellation.
If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the cost of the product will be returned to the bank within 14 (fourteen ) days within the same period from this cancellation.
If the buyer does not pay the cost of the product he has purchased or cancels the card payment he has made through the bank channel, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product and all other obligations arising from the distance sale agreement will automatically expire.
After delivery of the product, if it is determined that the credit card paid by the buyer is unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and the cost of the product sold is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, for this reason, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3(three) days, so that the shipping costs are his own.
Buyer will check the contract subject goods/service before taking delivery, causing dents, broken, packaging torn, etc. if it has the right not to receive damaged and defective goods/services from the cargo company and receives them, the goods/services will be considered undamaged and intact. If there is a damage, the cargo officer must be notified of the damage. It will be considered that the return of damaged products that do not have a damage determination record will not be accepted.
The buyer must carefully protect the goods received after delivery. Goods/services should not be used if the right of withdrawal is to be used. All copies of the invoice together with the product must be returned. Apart from this, the defect/hidden shame arising from the first use of the product and which cannot be the fault of the buyer.
At the address the buyer purchased the product itself or the person/organization from the date of delivery 14 (fourteen) days within any liability to the seller and notify you via the contact information provided below, assuming the goods without any legal or criminal reject and may use his right of withdrawal from the contract without reason.
The buyer is deemed to have agreed that the return of the products, which are unpacked, damaged, and cannot be resold, will not be accepted.
You can return or change the products you have purchased through our website within “14 days” from the date of delivery.
Return and exchange of the product to be requested must not lose its commercial merit, its packaging must be protected, accessories and all product content must be complete.
Products that you want to return or change must be sent as “counter-payment” through our contracted cargo company “Aras Kargo” so that all copies of the product invoice are complete. (Shipments made with counter-payment other than the contracted cargo company will not be received.)
As a result of the inspection by our technical team, your refund will be made within “10 working days” at the latest.
In all cases where the product that has been shipped is defective, return shipping fees (outgoing & incoming) will be covered by “Lava Akustik”.
In all return cases where the product is not defective, shipping fees (outgoing & incoming) will be deducted from the product amount and the corresponding amount will be returned to the customer account as “shipping fees deducted”.
Products that cannot be refunded and exchanged
Products whose original packaging has been opened, degraded, and lost commercial quality
Products with changed appearance.
Products not shipped with an invoice.
Products with removed protective materials.
In product groups where return and exchange are not possible, you can return the product from the cargo “without delivery” or request its exchange. Receipt of the relevant products will eliminate the right to return and exchange.
Considerations for product exchanges and returns
The products must be packed in such a way that they will not be damaged during transport.
No labels or tape should be applied to the original box or packaging of the product.

Products that are not sent with an invoice cannot be returned. Please send your returns along with the invoice.
